This might be my favorite of all my cookies. I know you are not supposed to say that about your recipes, but I love these cookies. Just the right amount of sweet, slightly savory and nutty, these cookies have a super soft, gooey center, crips edges and are the perfect answer to my current stress level. These gluten-free cookies will become a favorite, I promise.
